This instructional design gives students a process to mentor each other, set goals, and move toward accomplishing the goals. Growing skill in setting goals and developing processes to meet goals helps students have success in their academic and personal life. They will do this with the help of peers while helping peers. While doing good for themselves they will also do good for other.
