Good units/lessons and inspirational materials creates conditions for growth. Teachers teach units/lessons, as a result, transformation occurs. For learning to happen teachers must possess skill to teach a units/lessons and know why and how to teach it. If we teach well from a growth based approach, students will know and understand themselves and others. As a result, learners will be able to use classroom learning at home, in school, and elsewhere. Teaching a good units/lessons set the table for growth.
The teaching task carries great importance. It’s spiritual work. The passion that emerges from us in order to teach others is based on what we care for, what we value. Teaching and growth based curriculum must base itself on values.
